We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Budget-Roo (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I had a chopper i had for years. It finally broke, and had to find a new one. I hate finding replacements for loved tools because nothing ever seems to live up. This one is amazing. I love the design. it keeps food in place while you chop it. it is nice and sturdy,and has a big catch bin. Pieces pop out for easy cleaning. I also love how the blades are elevated a bit over the bin so stuff doesn't get smashed when it starts getting full. and I love the slanted design. it helps absorb the force of you pressing on the top. I even love it better than my other beloved chopper.
With my arthritis and trigger finger, was afraid this would be difficulty to use. It is easy to use, easy to clean and easy to set up. So much better than dicing by hand, which I have done for over 50 ears. I purchased a 10 lb bag of large onions and chopping them up was a breeze. Used my food saver to bag the onions and put them in the freezer for when I am ready to use. Quickly washed my chopper and it was ready for the next time. Love the little brush that comes with it. Makes sure the device is thoroughly cleaned.
My 8 and 11 year-olds love to help in the kitchen, but letting them cut up onions and some other things still makes me nervous and/or has left us with some cuts. I bought this thinking it would be an easy way to get them involved with dinner that wouldn't require as much oversight from me, but now I am obsessed. I have great knife skills after years of practice, but this creates such uniform results that I find myself reaching for it for my own use too. It is also great for canning season when there is so much chopping to do. I highly recommend this as an addition to your kitchen - kids or no!
This is such a great compact device. I got it for my dog who has a tendency to run right out the door whenever I open it or leave it open just enough for her to open herself and run through. This comes with everything you need to set this up, it just takes a bit of patience and you’ll be able to use this in just a few minutes after opening. It also comes with another set of brackets so you can move the gate around or need to change it to separate your pets/babies from a different section of the house. I’m now able to set up a barrier that works over a much greater distance without having to deal with setting up baby gates that end up cracking or splintering over time or just won’t fit because of how they are designed. This gate is also easier to “take down” and readjust without having to find a space for it to be put away or getting lost or damaged when not in use.
After trying a few other gates, this one worked perfectly and seems much safer since its soft mesh. We have several other gates at home. This is our first time trying mesh type of gate and we loved it. We got this one for our stairway but we may buy a few more and swap them out for the other metal and wood gates we have. It was very easy to install and light weight as well. We placed this right in front of the stairway and it looks better and safer than the metal and wood swing gates we own for other areas. We have been using this for about a month now and so far it’s working great and I feel like it is much safer with the mesh. Highly recommended!
With this purchase I came across a rare combination, Excellent product and outstanding customer service. I tried other vegetable choppers and food processors. Off all those this is the best. Cutting vegetables like onion, carrot, potato, cabbage etc is very easy and cleaning is easy too.. Be cautious the blades are sharp and don't discriminate between fingers and vegetables. I like this product and recommend this.
If you are buying this - please BE REALLY REALLY CAREFUL - it is super sharp and that super sharp is 5* positive and 5* negative - depends on how is your experience. The product is awesome but dangerous to use. My spouse couldn't touch it after finger was sliced so returned it.
I was looking for a gate to put at the top of a staircase that is not a straight opening, but has an angled opening that a standard expansion gate would not work on. This gate fit perfect in that angle! It is lightweight gate and it is very easy to store when not in use – just take down completely and fold or roll up on side and attach it to the other side. You will not go wrong with the purchase of this gate.
