How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Budget-Roo (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Até o momento, tudo ótimo. Saí de um fiio m5 com problema na bateria. Esse é muito melhor em todos os aspectos, principalmente em termos de funcionalidade. Fiz uma assinatura gratuita do Tidal só pra testar, e funciona muito bem o aplicativo. Até o momento, o melhor custo benefício de DAP de entrada. Só esperava ser um pouco mais portátil.

The combo is excellent, the DAC FD1 has an exceptional sound, not expected so good amplification. The Hiby R2 is very good, many features and a sound. The store Hiby sent fast and arrived in 3 weeks.
There is no Turkish language support. We listen to music in Turks :(
It came in two weeks in the Russian Federation Vologda region. I did not communicate with the store. Track tracked. Set standard, player, plastic case, lace USB-c. The box is slightly jammed, but not critical. The player works in conjunction with TRN 90 headphones. Excellent for each other and for TTX and for the price. Recommend. Yes, and ordered in the same store another case.
Звук ок, но интерфейс, конечно, атас. И блютуз работает нестабильно, если это и 5.0, то настроен теми же руками, что и интерфейс. Не видит mpc, многие aac не даёт перематывать. В общем, сразу видно, где решили сэкономить. Ещё раз не купил бы.
Very good player nothing but with some caresses like everything can't have everything for example the stack is not the time in if its durability is less and so I hope you have more updates with improvements but from there on the other very good product for the price I recommend it to everyone's tastes as long as it's not very Demanding
I am happy! Everything corresponds to the claimed. Everything is packed perfectly, the box is dense in the factory film, the complete set is complete. As described, it does not play AOB files that correspond to those of DVDA, Dvd audio. Sound quality is fine, although it's not something that's going to surprise you either. Delivery in 3 weeks. No problem with dsd files, I just hope it lasts because I 've heard they get damaged fast, in a couple of months.

Excellent DAP, very versatile, great power. I wish I had Spotify, but with Thimble I'm happy. You can use it with Bluetooth headphones and if they use sbc, really the sound quality is exceptional, use some elepods X to listen to music via Bluetooth.
I came to Kiev in 2 weeks. In the package is original box. The device is charged for 70%, the firmware is fresh. Everyone plays without questions.
Arrived ok. It works ok with both wired and bluetooth headphones, however, if you use headphones, you wont be able to use hiby link (despite supposedly being able to connect to 2 devices). A big issue that i found was pairing it with TWS (GT1 XR) while these work ok on phone, on the R2 one side connects ok while the other its heard lower and the connection is lost and recovered each ~5-10 seconds. Another issue is the Tidal app, if you double "next song" the app crashes and the device restarts. About sound, personally I dont find it way better with my earphones and headphones compared to my phone + sonata HD. I recommend only it if you need to carry a smaller-than-a-phone device. If you are going to be carrying your phone anyways, just get a dongle. The device comes with a plastic screen protector and a plastic case, but this have both top and bottom exposed to falls and scratches, which happens easily due to its plastic body. It's the best of the best excellent sound, beats any other brand on hi res both wired and inalambrico.
